Where can I buy truly unique and bizarre wrist watches like Tokyo Flash?

I’m looking for a Christmas gift for my brother, who collects watches as a hobby. I want to get him something way out of the ordinary, both to rib him a little about his obsession, and to make sure I don’t duplicate something he already has. Is anyone here familiar with Tokyoflash at www.tokyoflash.com? These watches are certianly different, but does anyone know if they are any good as watches , or are they just so much gadgety junk? And if so, where else can I find interesting watches of good quality?
